Empowerment Coaching is a broader method that focuses on teaching essential life skills, like handling stress, identifying personal triggers, and making wise decisions when things get
tough. Maybe they’re struggling to make friends. Maybe your family is going through a divorce. This is an outcome-focused method to help kids learn skills for today that will bring them strength for the rest of their lives!
While plenty of kids do benefit from counseling and talk therapy to find healing, that approach often requires a mental health diagnosis for insurance reasons or in pursuit of labeling a problem. And not every kid needs a diagnosis to thrive!

As a private pay practice, there’s minimal interference with getting your child the care they need. There’s no waiting on a list, submitting claims, or navigating red tape. We provide privacy, timeliness for families looking for a convenient and quality care solution.
